Observation

There was "clean smart" on the bethroom counter and accessible to the children. There was Olay body moisture and body wash located in the tub and was accessible to the children. There were hygiene items in the cabinet above the toilet. The cabinet was not locked and, the items were accessible to the children - the cabinet was locked during the visit. The closet in the bathroom was not locked. It had hygiene items in it that were accessible to the children - the closet was locked during the visit.
